Fishing

Thursday night, Todd and Braden took the boat out to Willard to go Wiper fishing. They were pretty excited because it was the first time this summer. They didn't have very good luck at first, but once they decided it was time to come in they saw some boils and decided to head over. Soon they were catching fish so fast they didn't know what to do with them. (they actually broke one of the boat rules and were just throwing them on the floor because they kept breaking through the grocery sacks.) Next time they'll have to remember their bucket for Mary's sake. She thought the boat smelled like fish so she scrubbed everything down from top to bottom and she told me when she started finding large scales all over the floor she knew what had happened. So these are just a few of what they ended up with, while cleaning them they measured and the biggest one was 20 inches long! We grilled some of the fish for dinner on Friday and it was delicious! Then Braden took the rest to work and Korry smoked it, he said it was pretty tasty that way as well.
